MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND UNDERAGE  REQUIREMENTS

  • Scheduling an appointment requires a cash deposit ($50-$200 depending upon the quote of the tattoo and individual artist instructions) deposits will come off the final price of your tattoo and is nonrefundable

  • Do not pay a deposit until your artist has told you to do so. 

  • Changing your tattoo design the day of the appointment will result in loss of your deposit and can result in you being rescheduled.

  • Deposits can be paid via PayPal below.

    Clients under the age of 18: You must obtain the prior written and notarized consent of the parent or court appointed guardian and the person giving such consent is present during the procedure. The written permission and a copy of the letters of guardianship when such permission is given by a guardian, shall be retained by the person administering the service for a period of five years.

RESCHEDULING
•If you need to reschedule your appointment you must give us a two-day notice, 
or you will lose your deposit.
